determined. It will be held in the New Haven, Central Connecticut area.

career opportunities by setting yourself apart from other supply chain
professionals.
- CPIM—Execution and Control of Operations is the fourth of
five toward Certification. It focuses on the areas of prioritizing and
sequencing work, executing work plans and implementing controls,
reporting activity results, and providing feedback on performance.

are outside openings available. Class start time is 4:00 pm.
- NEW!—Lean Enterprise Workshop Series—APICS’ new Lean series
is a seven module course designed in recognition of the demand in the
marketplace for education about Lean. Newly developed by a team of
instructional design professionals and subject matter experts. The
series is organized and flexible enabling participants to approach the
lean transformation process systematically and for instructors to
customize the material for organizations and industries. Build your
skills and become a lean leader with this new Series. We are offering
it to our members this coming fall and expect the first session to get
filled very quickly so do not hesitate to contact Bob Kennedy and
reserve a spot.
We have a variety of options
available now, but our goal is to
meet our members needs. Please review our current
schedule and contact Bob with questions or to register.
Please contact Bob Kennedy at (203) 269-4067 or rckennedy@snet.net for
details.
APICS On-Line

These classes can be conducted for individuals or
companies and may or may not have an instructor-led option. The “Live”
instructor led option can accommodate both on-site attendees as well as
on-line students from anywhere in the world. On-Line class size will be
limited to 15 students. Please give us a call if you are interested in
joining a class. Classes may be offered days or evenings to suit your
schedule.
APICS On-Site:

This is our most popular method, in part
because it is possible to get funding grants for companies that host
these programs. Classes are tailored to your company and we can
schedule a class to suit your needs, either during after or overlapping
work hours. Often companies will open these classes to the public
particularly if they only have a limited number of students. We are
already talking to several companies in various areas of CT for classes
in both CPIM and CSCP which will most likely be open to the public.
Please let us know us of your interest so we can keep you advised.
